Just over a month until greater Vancouver’s newest mall, Ivanhoe Cambridge’s Tsawwassen Mills, opens it’s doors to the public. Site visits over the past few months have changed daily as thousands of people work to get everything complete for the grand opening on October 5th. This is a must see shopping destination for shoppers in Vancouver, with all the unique design features and retailers that the Mills projects feature.
I am so excited to be working with Patty and her team at milesdisplay.ca to create the store front designs for almost 30 new retailers opening in the mall and it has been a creative, crazy ride coming up with some unique, fun window displays. I designed the window display for the presentation centre and was inspired by the beautiful wild poppies lining the roads to the entrance. Colour is a huge attention getting device and I LOVE colour for visual merchandising and display.
